1. Prices & Payment:

For each online order, you must pay: 1. the applicable price for the relevant goods as posted in the website and 2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time. Payment must be received before goods will be despatched.

Prices and range on this website may vary from time to time. Oz Wide Tools reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Delivery:

Oz Wide Tools delivers Australia-wide on all items. Postage is automatically calculated via Australia Posts pricing.On a small number of large and bulky articles, postage is calculated based on parcel size/weight.

Oz Wide Tools endeavours to deliver your purchased product as quickly as possible. However in some instances due to product availability in Australia, some products can take 2 - 6 weeks to receive due to the shipping time. Stahlwille products are especially prone to this delay. In these cases the team at Oz Wide Tools apologises For any delay with your product but be assured we are doing everything on our side to give you prompt delivery.

Oz Wide Tools uses Australia Post for all deliveries and does not accept any responsibility or liability for postage delays.

3. Returns & Refunds:

Oz Wide Tools will provide a full refund for both change of mind and damaged/faulty goods, providing the goods are returned to us within 14 days of the date of despatch. Oz Wide Tools will not, however, refund shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Products that have been damaged due to obvious misuse will not be returnable and all sale items are non returnable unless faulty.

Before returning any item customers must contact Oz Wide Tools to receive a returns authorisation number.

4. Your Account:

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your username or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Oz Wide Tools in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your username or password. Oz Wide Tools aims to include up-to-date photographs of all goods on this website. However, at times our product photographs may differ from the actual goods. Various manufactures for example may only release one picture for a certain size range of the same product.
